Kangaroo Island Sealink operates a daily service from Cape Jervis, the closest point on the mainland, to Penneshaw.

The drive from Adelaide, South Australia, takes approximately 1.5 hours down the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. The ferry crossing from Cape Jervis to Kangaroo Island takes approximately 45 minutes.

Sealink's scheduled departure times from Cape Jervis are 9:00am, 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Scheduled departure times from Penneshaw are 8:30am, 10:30am and 7:30pm.

Additional services operate at peak times, with up to 10 services per day. There are no sailings on Christmas Day.

Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to departure. Some services have a connecting coach service with Adelaide for those guests not travelling with a vehicle. Cars can be hired in Penneshaw or coach tours of Kangaroo Island are available.
